I personally wouldnt think it's done on functional level, cause usually LLM's have to call functions specifically during their responses, so there would be a significant pause between actions (if she starts talking for a long time, and she called a short-timed action)
but she changes expressions and moves around while talking, and does different things aswell
so its a model working in parallel, maybe with multiple input types too
