Maybe one of the reasons the ai is worse than StS, is that the cards in StS are relatively fixed. There are +1 and +2s but for the most part they are the same each time. But inscryption you are constantly modding the cards with different effects

Right now the biggest "bad" thing they do is constantly sacrificing cards

Instead of just getting more on the field

They burn their deck often not even letting them do something

yeah, I feel like maybe one reason for that is they don't understand the value of the cards properly

maybe it's harder for them to learn that

The thing is that you only get better cards next loop if you get far enough to actually upgrade them enough and have good passive skills

Perhaps, it sort of reminds me of how Neuro kept refunding the upgrades in Plague Inc, she just couldnt get the idea of keeping something

And the twins cant go far and choose terrible cards

because the cards weren't good for anything else at that moment

the only thing they were good for was sacrificing to get other cards

neuro wasn't able to think ahead enough to see future value of the things she was sacrificing
