My feedback: I feel like some of them are unfair; the "catch X streams live" badges are impossible to get for people who discovered Neuro after those streams happened. At that point it's not a skill issue (which I argue the harder badges should be), it's literally an issue of "I didn't know this community even existed until after that". How would you say I change them? As many badges are and will be based on certain types of streams. How would you earn them other than being there live? Should I count VOD watches?

I'd say structure more as like, catch a stream of that type, or a CERTAIN NUMBER of streams of that type. Don't include previous ones, only future ones. So that way anyone who wasn't around for one can still get the badge.

That may create another problem in that, people who have been in the community for years, and have accomplished most of the things on the list already, will be given an automatic max rank and therefore will not really have any incentive to go after any future badges, since they'll already be max badge level.
