Both. Or at least that was a factor in it previously. He relies on open-source software, and adapts it to work in new ways, but he might be at a point where he’s good with the software, but is waiting on someone to help with training rather than on someone to help with development. So more help from a voice actress rather than an AI developer, but Vedal hasn’t said much and that’s just my guess as to where he might be right now.
