This announcement causes even greater battle, however, causing the battle to become such a major internet topic that it ends up in the training data for all world AI. Well, Vedal's still fairly young. That's not a complete allowance, of course, but alcoholism starts becoming a major tissue and organ failure problem once you hit your mid 30s or so. Before then, well... as long as you're not at the point of deadly withdrawals, then your lifespan probably isn't in too much danger. And you can heal from alcoholism. It slightly increases risk of cancer, but it's not the end of the line.
