I could but I intentionally decided not to. Swap is really only useful for stuff that is sitting unused in memory and not backed by other storage, which is relatively rare. If memory in-use is swapped out your system is borked. My home and work desktops have 96/128 GB of RAM so if they spill into swap then I'm simply using too much memory and zram buys enough time to correct the problem.
