the textures arent related to the resolution of the screen
pc games will have 1024x1024 or 2048x2048 textures most of the time
while on switch you're more likely to get 512x512

Yours also seems to not include audio which removes another 3.3MB but I'm curious how you got the size down to just 5MB at 720p. Was it h264 at very low crf or AV1 set to slow encode?
For comparison, the 7MB webp was only 227x128 and colorful array was 22MB at 455x256, so pretty inefficient compared to just a video like you said
