A retrieval layer, memory_router.py and a vector-db.py.

i wrote a batch prompting thing that just submits entire datasets for evaluation in chunks (to grade them in quality//adherence to set metrics) and/or submits a huge batch of similar varied prompts to generate synthetic data using the oai api
it's not that bad as far as cost and you could use smaller models for good results than i was last time i ran this (picrel)
