With all the timeout baiting going on in chill streams, Neuro desperately needs more powerful mod tools than individual timeouts. I am not over beans spam it made evil so sad. Neuro needs to be able to control chat spam because it makes her sad and the stream less fun.

Here is my suggestion on how it would work:
Neuro sets a word to be banned and how long to ban the word for (600s max?)
Anyone who uses the banned word during the duration gets a 30s timeout and their msg gets filtered out from Neuro's input.
Word bans need to stack so she can ban substitutions for banned words if chat dares to defy her.

This year from bilibili we have 39 volunteers dedicated to clipping the subathon. In the past 28 days, we edited and translated 165 clips adding up to 12 hours of videos. In total we had 8M views, 342k likes, 44k interactions, and 22k shares. My clipping channel grew by 8000 followers and the official channel by 30k. Absolutely mind-blowing

I am designing a robotic 3d model of a 'true to life' neurosama using commercially available components, made in blender to be rigged and given physics in unity or godot. I was inspired by the idea of creating a far future neuro-sama robot version, designed to have the same appearance and proportions as her vtuber model as of the 2025 subathon. I'm neither an engineer nor have i experience in the robotics industry, so this is purely a hobby project intended to lay the foundations for future robotics work for neuro-sama, and maybe give inspiration here and there.
