You can sometimes find skullclamp for under $5, would probably a good one. [[Zurgo, Stormrender]] will drop below $5 before too long I think and is a solid draw effect. [[Garna, Bloodfist of Keld]] is the same effect for much cheaper. Can run some cheap sac outlets to make sure you get the trigger. [[Phyrexian Arena]] another solid draw option. [[Sign in Blood]], [[Read the Bones]], [[Idol of Oblivion]], [[Welcoming Vampire]] all other more standard options.
Outside of draw, [[Impact Tremors]] is relatively cheap and probably a great one to add in

Elturel Survivors, Rising of the Day, Swords to Plowshares (will always be a staple), Anger, Swiftfoot Boots, Blasphemous Act, Anguished Unmaking
all very good cheap cards for this deck
its a little over 5 but Aurelia, the Warleader is amazing

XD the moment i saw Pandemonium AND Mass Hysteria in the deck, going to love the chaos
i think an interesting addition would be the bargin mechanic, which allows you to sac an enchantment as a cost
if you see what I am doing here, basically you can respond to a big creature spell on the stack or before attacks are declared
[[death-greeter's champion]] looks interesting with haste and double strike [[Flamerush rider]] as 4 drops [[reckless imp]] [[kolaghan, the storm's fury]] along the dash cards

What a nice hand, if only this was a real game
T1 top deck sol ring, T2 got out the globe mana on, T3 set up for haste and boltcaster just for a body
commander can now swing for 4+2 ) x2=12 damage
idk if it was my draw or the amount of legends in the deck, i dont have too many good targets for [[Duke Ilder Ravengard]], since it cant really get new attackers out
