So you are looking for cuts?

#

Also I'd suggest running 2-3 more lands?

long radish
bright sapphire
#

Lemme see

#

And in the meantime what is the gameplan and why do you need the cards in sideboard?

long radish
pastel sealBOT
long radish
#

And as for [[windcraig siege]] triggering game winning abilities, like say Aurelia as the ideal case gives 3 combats

pastel sealBOT
long radish
#

3 combats, extra counters, extra burn, extra commander triggers

bright sapphire
#

Ok could you tell me what's your experience with magic?

long radish
#

Been playing for years upon years. And I've always been a combat trick focus aggro player

bright sapphire
#

And your budget for potential upgrade?

long radish
#

Started during og mirrodin block.

#

Edh only now, used to play standard

#

Upgrade budget is 0. All of these cards are currently owned.

#

So when I say that I am looking for cuts for this, I mean that exactly.

bright sapphire
#

Ok just to let you know there are a lot of cards here that I see could be cut for much more powerful ones so if you want I can give you an upgrade and you could just get these cards one by one (not very expensive)

long radish
#

I'd certainly welcome that input and it may be considered. But I am trying to keep this deck strength at the 2 or 3 bracket level, which it's certainly at.

So that input will be appreciated, but that's not what I'm looking to implement now.

For now, slot in the sideboard and maybe two to four more lands

bright sapphire
#

So first of all

#

[[Hedgewitch's mask]] [[clifahaven kitesail]]

pastel sealBOT
bright sapphire
#

[[Herald of dromoka]]

pastel sealBOT
bright sapphire
#

[[Holy day]]

pastel sealBOT
long radish
#

I was considering the herald as a cut, but I wasn't sure or not on that.

bright sapphire
#

You should be good? Or do you want to go 37 lands?

bright sapphire
long radish
#

And yeah, it's absolutely a 2 indeed. It hits far too hard for it to hang with most 1s.

bright sapphire
long radish
#

Nods nods. I am not disagreeing with you.

long radish
#

Nope, 36 seems right. My issue has mostly been that I'm getting all one color as opposed to being mana screwed

bright sapphire
#

Ok

long radish
#

But then I eventually make a treasure and problem solved, cast my commander, and eventually play a land off the top

#

Thanks for the advice indeed! I'm happy to listen to advice that would kick it up a bracket or two now that the immediate concern is done with.

And yeah, I know that [[aysen crusader]] is one of the cuts there.

pastel sealBOT
long radish
#

And throw in most of if not all of the "Sword Of" stuff I am assuming as well as the damage doublers like [[firey emancipation]]?

pastel sealBOT
bright sapphire
#

I like deck brewing a lot so I'll just leave it here for ya for the future(I'll try to limit myself to 5 bucks so you should be able to buy it instead of a coffee on a lighter day):
[[Reyav, Master Smith]]
[[Sram, Senior]]
[[Merry, Rohan]]
[[Blackbalde reforged]]
[[Dancing sword]]
[[Eater of virtue]]
[[Hand of Vecna]]
[[Jor kadeen]]

[[Bruenor]]

bright sapphire
long radish
#

Hah it's ok, you're fine.

#

And honestly, I don't even drink coffee really.

bright sapphire
#

[[Reyav, Master Smith]]
[[Sram, Senior]]
[[Merry, Rohan]]
[[Blackbalde reforged]]

pastel sealBOT
long radish
#

Don't even own my own pot

bright sapphire
#

[[Dancing sword]]
[[Eater of virtue]]
[[Hand of Vecna]]
[[Jor kadeen]]

[[Bruenor]]

pastel sealBOT
#

Multiple cards match “Jor kadeen”, can you be more specific?

bright sapphire
pastel sealBOT
bright sapphire
#

Idk how is it written

#

You get the idea?

long radish
#

So eater of virtue..... you know I actually cut that one from the original build?

I realized it depended on my stuff having a bunch of different keywords, and the creature suite it wound up having just.... didnt.

long radish
bright sapphire
#

If you're lucky

bright sapphire
#

How much do you pay for Starbucks in the US?

#

Idk if I have a good comparison

long radish
#

5 is about right for a large latte with nothing fancy

bright sapphire
#

Nice I guess correctly

#

Guessed'

long radish
#

Ok.... Bruenor is a good include

#

That's one I'll have to pick up. And in this deck that's a ridiculously good anthem effect.

bright sapphire
#

All of them are really upgrades

long radish
#

It's not symmetrical which makes it awkward, but great

bright sapphire
#

To what you have

long radish
#

Not the hand of Vecna

#

That's kind of a dead card

bright sapphire
long radish
#

It only grants a bonus to Vecna

#

Ah

#

Read it again

#

Ok, it's not awful

bright sapphire
#

Btw

#

Fun fact

#

Did you know that sram in my language means "I take shit"

#

Literally

#

Or I am taking shit

long radish
#

What language would that be?

bright sapphire
#

Guess

#

I guessed your coffee price

long radish
#

Something eastern European, I'm guessing something germanic....

bright sapphire
long radish
#

Emphasis on the R or the A?

bright sapphire
bright sapphire
#

Oh on R

long radish
#

So its a romance language if it's not germanic.....

#

It's not spanish....

bright sapphire
#

Spanish is western

#

Eu

#

Go east

long radish
#

Yeah, but you said it wasn't germanic

#

So its a romance

bright sapphire
#

Yes

#

No

#

We have slovian languages here as well😭

long radish
#

I didn't know those were a different language family

bright sapphire
#

Yup they are

#

We have 4 language families in eu maybe even 5

long radish
#

I wouldn't be able to name the language then. But I'm guessing Slovenian or Slovakian

bright sapphire
#

No

#

Polish

long radish
#

blinks that was my first guess

bright sapphire
#

xDD

long radish
#

Then you said it wasn't germanic

bright sapphire
#

Bc it's Slovian

long radish
#

Haha

#

It's all Indo European anyway.....

bright sapphire
#

When is Polsih germanic???? You have just offended my entire nation.

bright sapphire
bright sapphire
long radish
#

Yes

#

Holy christ you all got a raw deal

#

No wonder you're all so eager to punch Russia

bright sapphire
#

Anyways

long radish
#

not talking about Ukraine by proxy

bright sapphire
#

With Germany

long radish
#

Yeah....

#

Also speaking of language, sending you a link

bright sapphire
bright sapphire
long radish
#

In know... ugh

bright sapphire
#

There is also one more funny word in my dialect "Nyga" which means mosquito

#

In my local dialect

long radish
#

I give you.....

#

Y'all're

#

You + all + are

bright sapphire
#

We all are?

long radish
#

You (as in a group excluding the personal)

#

I swear to God I heard this in a sentence.....

#

"Y'all're a bunch a idjits"

#

You all are a bunch of idiots

bright sapphire
#

Ok

long radish

The Indo-European languages are a language family native to the northern Indian subcontinent, the overwhelming majority of Europe, and the Iranian plateau. Some European languages of this family—English, French, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, and Dutch—have expanded through colonialism in the modern period and are now spoken across several co...

Fell down a Google hole

#

This is one I appreciate

#

And I forgot that the Slavics were their own language family
