New to MTG, making my own deck. Would appreciate advice!

Hello everyone!

I am new to MTG and am very much enjoying getting into the game. I tried making my own deck revolving around one of the new OTJ commanders.

I’d appreciate advice on this deck as well as general advice when building future decks.

It looks really great considering you’re new to magic, nice job with the tags, they help keep a balance of what numbers of different types of things you have/need.

You should think about what kind of power level you want to play this deck at and whether all the cards in there are close to that level. For example, Dauthi and opp agent are competitive level cards and people may not be happy to see them in a low level game

I still need to read through the rest of the list, but when I make a deck I always have trouble narrowing the list down to only cards that get me closer to my win condition

There are definitely some comp level cards. I’m also having a hard time understanding what the mill is doing in the deck.

Otherwise it looks pretty good

I do think [[!Felix five boots]] should go in there as it doubles your commanders abilities.
