you want to make carmen big. fleshbag marauder/plaguecrafter effects get you 8 counters on her potentially since on swing you can reanimate plague crafter and have them target themselves again. also a star card in my carmen deck ^^ the one linked above is catacysmic gearhulk. its etb and you can recur it out of the yard
as for equipment mythril coat/boots. tarrian's soul cleaver is insane
as far as stax cards, grand abolisher is an auto include in all my white decks. i've found leyline of the void also helps as it makes sure the stuff you're forcing your opponents to sac has no chance at coming back
promise of loyalty is good as well. mass sacrafice board wipe and the creatures left cant swing at you.
if you wanna almost guarantee a win Cataclysm... its Mass Land Destruction but you can just pull your lands back out on swing with carmen and the amount of life and +1/+1 counters you'll get will get you so far ahead of everyone else
or just recur your plaguecrafter to get rid of the one creature left on your opponents boards
you also heavily benefit from trasurees. Smothering Tithe, Pitless Plunderer, Revel in Riches all are great
