I want to try and build a lower power level Commander deck and birds is one of my favourite tribes in Magic. What would be better to lead the deck? The idea would be to flood the board with tokens and buff them up before swinging out.

There both really nice but i feel they would be be better in the 99 as finishers. On the other hand, Falco spara was always 1 that i was interested in. No real synergies with bird in his text, but he can do a lot of cool stuff and having access to green helps a lot with mana acceleration. Pump up your creatures with +1/+1 counters and having your top deck at your disposal can get pretty scary.

Have just re-built Kangee into Falco and can confirm the deck is crazy even at a budget. The ability to have ramp into a board of pumped-up fliers is so scary. Today I learned he can cast non creatures from the top. I always assumed it was creatures.
I need to changes some stuff but am working at a £75 budget list.
