My first time building from scratch. Still fairly new to MTG/Commander.

Just basically chucked all the things I own that vaguely make sense surrounding Syr Konrad into a deck. So there will be plenty of room for improvement. (E.g. I don't even have arcane signet for it yet)

Ideally wouldn't want to spend more than £30 at this stage but would like it to be at least playable to PL 6 if at all possible.
Though genuinely any help is appreciated!

SB is cuts to make.
Considering is stuff to potentially add.

im also building a deck around this commander. a mono black knight deck. you built a good deck with a variety of undead creatures, very fun. you have a good selection. some powerful demons in this deck. i need to rethink haha. maybe im not adding strong enough creatures. im targeting PL 7

im also fairly new. using much of what i have from a zombie deck to build out this new one.

i noticed you have mostly basic lands, i would add several lands that give you some options, you are mono black so thats good to go, but like Cabal Coffers, Command Beacon, Bojuka Bog and Cabal Stronghold. the only thing is price with these. you are trying to keep the deck at 30 euros yes?

You have some space for utility lands, given that you're in mono black and aren't knee deep in Swamp synergies. I quite like Bojuka Bog, as it helps shut down graveyard heavy decks that you might otherwise be enabling (even if you benefit from it through triggers). Dakmor Salvage and Barren Moor can also give some triggers in a pinch, and will barely ever slow you down. I quite like War Room for mono color commanders as well.

Congrats on the first build! I play a lot of graveyard strategies and can tell you with some authority that you want to really be maximizing the number of creature cards in your list. If you mill a card with Konrad, your current list will ping your opponents one third of the time. Lets say you mill ~30 cards in a game on average while Konrad is in play, that'd be ~10 damage. But if you could change your ratio so you have closer to 50 creatures? That's like 5 extra damage on average for free!

I usually do this by looking at the effects on the noncreature cards and thinking if there is a creature version of the same card. Maybe that asphyixate could be a [[Ravenous chupacabra]], or maybe that traveler's amulet could be a [[skittering surveyor]] etc.

This also has the added benefit of giving a strong strategic theme around "number of creature cards in graveyard" that has a lot of great support: [[Blight Titan]], [[Mortivore]], [[Boneyard Mycodrax]], [[Corpse Augur]] to name a few.
