Title. New to magic, I bought a Yuriko deck a while ago but decided to switch commanders, need avice on this deck. I feel like I need more draw power but dunno where to start.

well, there's cards that draw you cards whenever they attack or connect. Given you are playing a rich suite of creatures already, that's what I would look into, anything from [[curiosity]] to [[sword of fire and ice]]

and that's definitely the right direction, but not super impactful later in the game. I would definitely also consider adding [[stroke of genius]], [[greed]], or [[blue sun's zenith]]

Good question, but I normally set a soft limit around 30 unless I'm playing a tribal- or creature-focused deck, which Yuriko is, but Ukkima is much less

well my deck is kinda creature focused? because of ninjutsu
i need as many naturally unblockable attackers, or flyers, as possible to ninjutsu in my ninjas
and with ukkima being unblockable i need to have a good set of ninjutsu-able creatures

yes, but also, that means you can sort of "recycle" your unblockable creatures. It's a bit hard for me to estimate, as I have never played your specific list
