Alela, Artful Provocateur, first deck

Hey there! I'm currently trying to build a deck around Alela, it's the first deck I ever build and I plan to play it irl, I have no experience and have been making it mostly based on general feelings (for example I think the deck may suffer from mass removal so I put some counterspells in there) and other lists that looked more artifact/enchantment oriented rather than tribal (if that's the correct term). I think I might need a hand, I'm currently at 84 cards, finished the mana base but I don't know what I should add or remove or if I'm even following a good gameplan. List is pretty budget so I'd like to stay under 100€ if possible, thanks for the help!

I would add watcher of the spheres and zur the enchanter.

I think you have a good amount of draw and ramp (extra mana production) in there, but I would increase the land count. I think most people will tell you that 38 is a good number. you can add some utility lands like Demolition Field or lands, which also function as a spell, like Hagra Mauling

38 lands is too much especially for a deck with such a low avg cmc. rather 34-35 lands.
