You can first try moving the game folder to another place. Either another partition/disk, or another location besides C:\Program Files.

It's a memory access error, the one that's resolved by installing on another drive. They don't have another drive though

i even did something related to the safe mode but the network adapter didnt work (with ethernet didnt work as well)

Open up the game's folder and go to save/options, then delete the files in there
