LG Studio won't sync to Portrait

Details I connect to my PC in Desktop mode launch Studio and confirm that my playlist with one hologram displays correctly. Clicking "Sync" will prompt with the overwrite warning. After showing the "Syncing" message then the "Complete" message, pressing the power button on the Portrait will switch back to the standard demo playlist with nothing changed.

I have noticed other issues like a CTD when syncing with a disconnected Portrait, and Sync overwrite and completed messages not showing up sometimes. I believe they are unrelated.

Do you have both the hdmi and usb c connected when you’re syncing?

USB C to a USB C port on PC, and HDMI connected at the same time. Desktop mode works normally when I use the UE5 plugin.

can you share a screenshot of the files on the portrait's storage drive? It sounds like things just aren't getting copied over if it's still playing the demo content

I tried again. "Sync complete", but the LKG folder doesn't change. Same behavior on at least one more PC. Here's a list of files in the drive: https://pastebin.com/eB5rw0NZ

Is there any chance you copied the portrait’s folder to the root of another drive?

No, I read that part of the docs. It's the Portrait's drive. The only "weird" thing about my setup is that I use Magnifier sometimes.

I might try to copy the calibration file to the root of different drive. That's all I can think of.
