GSPlat Explorer is unstable. Regular crash to a white screen; sometimes when Go is attached; sometimes when asked to produce a hologram; sometimes randomly. Screenshot attached.

Thanks for submitting the feedback! Our experiments are not supported on all platforms and all displays (hence the term, "experiment"). But we do like to hear what people are using them for to guide future product decisions. What are you trying to use the GSplat Explorer for?

Discover, test, and build with our exclusive suite of hologram experiments.

It looks like you're using Edge. Have you tried Chrome? Also can you provide any more info? What splats are you trying to load? What Windows OS version are you on? What GPU do you have?

I expect this is an issue with my being too ambitious for the PC I have. Specs are: Windows 11 Home; Acer Predator; Intel i7 16Gb RAM; NVidia GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop 8Gb VRAM. I've tried Chrome, on which the Gsplat Explorer is marginally more stable, but not very. I've made quilts from Luma AI links to a splat I know is 275 Mb; and imported and made quilts from Scaniverse cropped splats of 125 Mb; failed on all Polycam splats ranging from 260Mb upwards. No noticeable difference between importing straight .ply files or compressed via Supersplat.

Got it thanks! Just wanted to check which resolution it was rendering.

Can you try setting chrome to use your laptop’s high performance GPU? This should be in windows’ graphics settings

If you don’t mind, can you share a few of the splat files that failed?
