Can anyone help me. I'm new to doing surgery, I always get malpractice even though I'm all equipped with skill fail reduction items. The thing I experience most is extremely weak pulse with rising temperature. Even if i put antibiotics, blood transfusion and clean the operating table it still gets worse.

Watch a few guides. Usually you want to deal with antibiotics at the beginning of a surgery unless they are bleeding out. If they are bleeding out, that always takes priority. Use stitches if it's very fast, or use clamps if you have them cut open already. Try to stay pulse as strong or at least steady

If you have something like deep brain tumour try and cut and stitch as quick as possible, if you try to give more blood or something when your 3-4 stitches deep your gonna have more problems quicker then you can fix them.

I suggest giving up brain tumor until you reach skill lvl 100

Spine is 3 scalpel. Doable.
Avoid massive trauma, serious head injury, run over by a truck. Don't be afraid to give up if there are too many things going wrong, don't waste unnecessarily, just try to do easy ones like flus and 3 incision surgeries
