Feeling the love our parents give us is something that can’t really be explained, but we can feel it deeply. A mother who carried us for nine months, who raised us with care, and a father who works tirelessly for us all of that is love.

And humanity it’s also something hard to describe, yet it exists within us. Like feeling sympathy for someone or understanding another person’s emotions. Honestly, I don’t quite know how to put it into words.

A feeling that is hard to describe is happiness i’d say. It is easy to know it well because when you’re happy, you remember it the most.

It’s hard to describe happiness in a way - when you are happy, time flies by real fast but you’ll likely remember why you’ve gotten so happy. It’s basically a “trap” your brain has set you up to make the happiness last longer by creating memories when you are happy, but it is also hard to describe because of various reasons - it could for example be hard to explain it for people that don’t experience happiness at all.

#

I know happiness well because i’ve experienced it quite many times.

#

“Your surroundings (people) can make it hard for you to describe happiness, but if you personally have experienced such an emotion, it’ll most likely last long, as happiness gets buried deep down your brain”. 🙏

#

It’s the brain’s job to remember and experience happiness, as it is not good to forget happiness (it affects us), can lead us into feelin’ depressed and not feeling happiness.

I'd say, yearning

Yearning doesn't always end up happening. There will always be a probability of everything you take the path on.

There are countless people; everyone of them yearns—similar or not. For the similar one; one will always comes true, and one will not—that's the reality. See how pity it is?

Describing yearning might sound easy. But let me tell you. It's not. Why?

Well, imagine yourself yearning for something. No matter how hard you imagine—it will remain on your imaginary. Then you wrote it on your diary. But the problem is; it's so hard to express because YOU HAVE BEEN longing for it—even took you years. Just for it to never happen. You will end up thinking negatively. Questioning life, purpose, or why did you even long for it in the first place? Questioning yourself: "why did I even think of this? I've been waiting and waiting and waiting. Yet, it never happen. What's the point?" As you question yourself more.

Just like me. There's something I've been longing for. But I can't say it. Years have passed. Yet it never happened. BUT there will always be a backup plan. If it didn't succeed, attempt an alternative or a different one

Expressing feelings of love to parents, I know it's good, but children my age would be embarrassed to do it

I don’t want to be that guy but, i would say the feeling of being depressed, years ago i had that feeling but how would you describe it? it isn’t just being sad, i know that the feeling of sadness is part of the depression equation but it’s not just the sadness what describes the whole feeling, you could describe it as lack of motivation or just unhappiness, but is it really just that?

the closest i got to the describing depression was during a lonely winter night, i was feeling desperate, lonely (as mentioned before), unhopeful, anguished, you just get a blast of all those feelings combined with the uncertainty of what will be of you in the future if you continue feeling that way, hoping that someday you’ll just feel free and calm once again.

for people who have not felt this way seems just like sadness right? at least that was what i felt from them when talking to different people about it, most would say “ you just gotta focus on the good things, do exercise, go out and meet people.”, but they dont really know whats going on your mind even if you try to explain it, cause you can’t really express how you feel on the inside in a way they’ll understand. its like if you were living in a whole different world.

also, sorry idk if yall will understand my text 😅 im a lil bit rusty on my english, also i hope its not a sensitive topic to some people here or even a topic i shouldn’t be talking about in this section, it just felt like something i never got to talk about.

probably just the feeling of being useless and not amounting to anything, lately i've been trying out new things, not seeing any results and losing even more motivation, i know i'll succeed eventually but the progress will be slow and painful, the end result will be good even if i put the effort in despite a lack of motivation

CONFUSION

The feeling when you can't decide what to do as if you're lost and has no idea what you are doing. Basically that's it, it's really hard to describe it if I were to write it long, so I went straight to the point.

I am going to say The loneliness and exhausting feeling in you

We not that being adult and mature is hard. Things forced us to leave our childhood and we're all forced to grow up. We deal with stuffs which usually annoy our mood and feelings.

"Only you yourself knows how tiring you are"

We do wish there's one person we can really express our tiredness. Some will say family, friends and lover are ones who can sit down and listen to us. But, even if we expressing all our troubles to the loved ones, they will advice us not to be negative and sad. Yes, they wanna distribute the agony and make us feel better. But they **did not experience the brutal path we all had passed **, they never know how much we suffered, how much persistence we put in to withstand all the pressures.

Most of us tend to hide these in our minds rather than share it to our loved ones, this is because we don't wanna spread the negativity to the family, and this is one of the way we protect our families.

This is why someone with same resonance as us is enough to make a grown man cry. It is very difficult to find this person in our life, all we can do is quietly take the pressure and express by having cigar, drinking alcohols and listening to music.

Before closing, I wanna ask all of you to make an all-out effort and don't give up easily. Let's face these pressure, fellow soldiers!
