An item that makes you float?

Hi! I genuinely wanted to ask if there is an item that when transmuted retains the floating aspect? I have been scouring the internet and there is nothing I could find. If there isn't, is there at least a hand item that makes you float? I only found the Ring of Wings (inaccessible to me), but nothing else. I appreciate your guys' help!
