If you have the funds for it, maybe you can start a Guild with that world as the guild home / HQ. You can get your friends to join, and anyone else who's interested. You can then work together on seasonal clashes as a community. That's can be a good a way to keep an active community.

It is a good idea yeah but the world design costs alot it was about 4bgl total and the world has a normal lock doesent have a guild lock lol and can’t afford to remake design

Ok, fair. But FYI when you create a guild in a world (costs 200k gems), the guild lock will replace the worldlock already there. So you don't actually have to remake the design.
