The flag pole is “Guild Flag Pole - Wings” you gotta be in a lvl 5ish guild for it to show up as grey

Sorry the flag on top of the pole is a separate block called “Guild Flag - Arrow” I was referring to the pole behind it earlier

The color of the flag is determined by your guild mascot, and the color of the pole is determined by your guild level
