It was really hard to stick to the ground in the 1600s before gravity was invented 🙏 Tysm Newton

I would say technology and electricity overall. Because our world now and our generation uses technology alot, it would be very hard to live without it. Without the internet (which is technology) communicating and searching for things online would be hard. And without proper communication (which requires tech and electricity) - there would be no help in emergency situations which would make our world much more dangerous (as calling 911 wouldn’t work).
No tech and electricity equals no vehicles (hella important for us, as we use it for various reasons, for example farming, traveling and transporting stuff), no machines (very important for certain jobs like nanotech and also for the hospitals to find certain health problems like cancer, as an example). There would also be no light from our lamps - almost anything you can think of are made of technology itself. Even the most simpliest daily objects we use (like clothings, pens, paper - they need to be transported via vehicles to our country.

So. It would be a very complicated world without electricity and technology imo. Because our world uses tech and electricity so much, it would be hard to live without it. Tech also develops and is still developing ’til this day and is very important - makes us understand our universe more, for example.

Gravity nor fire are not inventions. They are discoveries. 👍

#

Languages are also somewhat debatable, but we can talk via technology y’know. Maybe we will invent something where technology will make us able to communicate with each other via soundwaves, or perhaps by inserting some chip into our brains.

Radio waves are the greatest invention because they revolutionized communication, making it possible to send signals across vast distances without the need for physical connections. Before radio, long-distance communication was limited to wires or slow forms of transport like letters, but suddenly, voices and information could travel through the air. They brought the world closer together, giving rise to mass communication—live broadcasts, music, news, and entertainment, all available at the turn of a dial. This democratized information, allowing people from all walks of life to stay informed and connected.

Beyond entertainment, radio waves laid the foundation for technologies that shape our daily lives, like GPS and satellite communication. Without them, space exploration and satellite-based weather forecasts would have been nearly impossible. They also power the wireless devices we rely on today, from cell phones to Wi-Fi routers. Every “ping” from your phone or message sent through Bluetooth owes its existence to the science of radio waves.

On a broader scale, they enabled global connectivity, making the world feel smaller and more accessible. Radio waves broke the boundaries of geography and paved the way for instantaneous communication. They transformed invisible energy into a powerful tool for education, entertainment, and technological advancement. In short, they’re the unseen force that keeps our modern world running.

In my opinion I think the greatest invention in history would be the wheel , personally currently in our life the wheel is considered to be extremely foundational . IF YALL THINK ABOUT IT how do we move goods and people without wheels ? It's also an extremely great advancement for engineering .

Definitely electricty. Why? Because so many things have developed from electricity, the most basic example is our routine. We no longer depends on sunlight. because of electricity, scientists have developed so many inventions like light, radio signals, and so many aspects of life was impacted by the discovery of electricity. Poggers

Now, imagine if we never invented electiricity, how will we communicate with eachother, let alone overseas, you will have to walk to someone's house to communicate with them. What if radio never existed, then it will take you days before you get newest information. And MOST IMPORTANTLY, what if lightbulb was never invented? We would live nights in the darkness, waiting for the sun to rise.

Even medical healthcare requires electricity to run, without them hospital tools, mortality rate would increase significantly, especially infant mortality rate. 😿

Well, I'm gonna keep it simple. Basically:
No electricity = No technology,
No technology = Low quality of life
Low quality of life = Less prosperous life
Less prosperous life = bad
No electricity = No electronic devices
No electronic devices = No growtopia
No growtopia = Me sad kekw

So, that's my view on why electricity is the greatest invention is the hiostory of humanity.

I remembered when my Friend invented fire back 1200 BCE, we were hunting and that time all we have was wooden stick then we found a Sabertooth tiger and tried to kill that sabertooth. Out of nowhere something weird happen when my Friend's stick starts to produce white gas thingy ( we don't know what it is back then) and it's probably due to continuously hitting the sabertooth teeth. We retreated because of that bizarre experience which later known as friction. So ya we observed how that happened, then we figured it out By continuously making fast contact we can create fire ( we got burned without knowing it's hot), and that is when we started using fire for survival like cooking and to keep us warm. Further discovery on fire improve the use of Fire till now. Unfortunately Name wasn't invented at that time I wouldn't be able to Introduce my friend who invented fire.
