False banned,Third usage party

Guys i've contacted support yesterday about false ba* third usage,and it's not even my account name in there,do u know guys how to get unbanned?

someone who use your internet/same ip as your internet provider get banned?
changing location should work as well

this happen to me for 6 months already

nop,my acc name is Donzaimon123,Elyzza1 but the one that cause is different

yeah all i can tell you is keep trying

sometimes it take me 15 reset to login my account

my mother will kill me if i off/on the wifi as they think it will break the internet machine lolol

And also i tried the trick that's clearing the storage of google play service and growtopia app and still didn't work

i have done also the off/on 3times
