A great leader does not give orders, but works with his team to achieve mutual success. A great leader does not sacrifice any of his members, he ensures that all his members walk by his side from the beginning to the end

A great leader is someone who sees a small light in a starter and tries to make him or her a professional.

  • A leader is a person who shows the correct path to a good future and grows with their team.
  • A good leader tries to awaken your hidden talents that you thought or believed you could never achieve.
  • A great leader is someone who never leaves your side during difficult times and works through them with you.

There are many thoughts on leadership. Most people mix up leadership with work.
When you mess up something at work, do you get blamed? It is a way of learning, like when we were young and did something wrong. We got corrected by our parents by hitting or screaming. Then we knew this was wrong, and we shouldn't do that again.

A person who have experience, cool headed, and can understand their member, these 3 is a must have for a good leader. If your'e on a team, it's natural if you choose a person who have the most experience and a person who you can trust to be a leader role. The leader is the one who decide a decision, that's why they must cool headed. Trust me, the leader don't have to be smart as hell, since it's a team, they can work together. Just make sure the leader is not an short-tempered person, your whole team will fell apart.
