False Ban/ Ubisoft sucks at support and I cant let 2000+ days/years go away like this.

Hello Anyone who sits and reads this, My IGN is BearInMe two days ago the 12th. I was falsely banned in game. On the morning of the 12th Someone was selling the world XKP for 60DLS i bought the world for 70DLS due to other offerings, Later in the day I had two players come to me in a panic about XKP. It was his world He was hacked and lost everything. He showed me his BFG world that got ransacked and asked me if i could help him. I Don't know how to help and or give him his stuff back i cant nor can the mods. after hours go by and time passes I swap XKP with KUCJ my shop world at the time ( You can look in the channel #🔋・buy-sell-star-tools before that i owned a BFG Check #💎・bfg-promoting For the history of that. And finally a swap from KUCJ and TODOTACKLES. As the day was starting to close someone joins XKP and we start talking about the person who was hacked. We went to talk about how the player went to download cheats for 1DL in game. after some talking we got onto how his account was stolen. FOR ANYONE | DO NOT DOWNLOAD ANYTHING OR CLICK LINKS FROM ANYONE. |
The player and i were talking about how scammers will message you, or offer you a service or cheat to make you gameplay better and help you make more DLS. This is FAKE and they will steal your account That is known as a SPYWARE Or a Virus it steals your Player. Data file That files stores all your login information. Talking about this in game will get you banned/suspended

I believe the suspension was on the suspicion that I hacked the player and stole it all. If its not then i have no real reason for a suspension in the rules and Growtopian code it doesn't say I cant speak about or how to prevent yourself from being hacked.

I promise to god and more i did not steal ,scam the player. If anyone with the proper access to the staff or anyone with a voice to help me come back to growtopia it would be amazing and truly a blessing.

Just looked at the GT discord server and in their rules it says not to ask for it. Kinda sad tbh. That this server has a more valuable discord staff.

I got an email from ubi mobile. I'm permanently banned from Growtopia. I am deeply upset and don't know how to feel. I thought I provided enough with screenshots and the events of the day. They believe I am the one who hacked the account. What can I do to prove I am innocent. Why is it the innocent ones who are punished. Look at my logs here before the 12th. @Sylvarius from Growtopia you didn't even read my message you gave me the copy paste reason of why I was banned you're unlawful and your job should be revoked and given to someone who will look into these types of things. I want retribution and justice for this i am innocent.

It's already done I'm perma banned. I'm going to fight tooth and nail yes I know this game is dead. Yes I know this game is full of bits and scammers but I've been playing since 2013-2014 this game helped me through a very bad mental block as a young child I will do anything to be able to continue playing.

it exactly what you said, this forum thread will do nothing since this server isnt even official gt. sure there is some staff there and there, but most of the part its community driven server

Yes and what gets YouTubers unbanned. Their communities please as a community help me. I know it brings not a single thing to any of you but it would mean a metric poo ton to me.

I truly don't wanna leave this game. I told the staff I'd be willing to work with them to return the world even and they decided to permaban me instead of trying to find a solid solution their only action is to ban them for life.

All I ask is to be helped.. I'm truly at the game and community's mercy.

If you don't wanna leave the game then It's either you start again (although it is considered as ban evading) or just quit

I have many accounts but in the end I'll be evading and all progress will go in one day. I'm just very upset that I wasn't given a fair chance to explain myself or anything I was snuffed out by an automated system. For. Buying a world in the game where you can. Buy worlds.
