can’t open my untrade Box?

Are people put they untrade item in that box, and you want pick it?

like it won’t let me even open it and grab my items from it

It usually happens when an item that was previously untradeable becomes tradeable. For example, "Rift Cape"

There's nothing you can do to fix it. You need to ask support for that.
