Honestly, it's Joshua Weissman, the YouTube Chef, who I've been watching since he had less than 100k subs and has now almost doubled to 10 million. I know he went viral on TikTok, despite the fact that I don't have or use the app. I'm glad to watch him flourish, and he now has a newly enhanced state-of-the-art kitchen in which to create more content.

I admire anyone who is a professional or is incredibly competent in their own field. Whether it'll be something like a usual job or just an odd skill someone has. I just admire people who works hard wherever their competency is, it's just amazing to see how they are so used to things they are doing that it become natural for them.
