Artificial intelligence has a good impact and a bad one. Many people say that AI will help employment and other people say not. There’s no a specific answer to it as it depends how the society, government, workers, businesses will use AI in workforce. All of them can work out and make some policies and strategies to make a better future of work.

-We can invest in education and training to workers do they improve their skills or learn new ones so when the changes of AI is happening they can adapt to it.

-We can make a system that help people that has been replaced by AI. This system will provide them some income and also an assistance to find another job and some more benefit.

-We can promote a fair use of AI in the workforce and society. Establishing some rules for the use of AI like the development and deployment.

I think everyone will plan too late and then we have to figure it out in the moment.

But if we weren't procrastinators, I think limiting ai's effect on work is best (in my opinion) because who knows what'll happen. I guess Im just scared of new and completely unpredictable situations, especially since stuff like ai isnt in my hands and completely someone elses. I might reply differently if I knew more though lol

A possible workforce future will involve existing jobs such as making decisions on managing supply chain resources. Also, drivers who transport them will be still to exist, along many other jobs that AI can't take over humans such as creative thinking.

One obvious job the AI can take over completely is the production of resources in the manufacturing lines. As for the rest I am not sure.

The balance and distribution of wealth across households can be achieved with a feasible and efficient formula to be enacted by each country's lawmakers based on each state's needs.

However, this will also create another societal risk which is a separate topic of its own.

autopilot exists, human intelligence can easily be replaced with ai, its not at its full potential right now, but sooner or later most of our lifes could be replaced by a robot
