I spent closer to 130, I chose to spend more to do surgeries faster. I also had a stethoscope which I could obviously sell but I paid more for more stitches so I could stop bleeding completely before I went into stage 2. Be prepared to spend anywhere near 150 to be safe. I did mercy/dr in 3 days I also don't recommend doing that because honestly it gets insanely boring and you'd probably wish that you took your time because honestly it's not that bad.
