I have now tried to 100% the game twice, both times i have been prevented as certain instincts will not unlock. This is because I dont have the gear, however it should be in my wardrobe because i completed the quest. Examples of this include the gears "Helium Havoc" and "The Ark". On the second playthrough, the "Halo" gear is simply not in the shop for me, and I didnt notice it until I was almost 100% the game. Please try to fix bugs like these with any solution, as I will not try to 100% the game again.

Even a solution like checking the event completion status and matching it with the gear to make sure you have it, or after completing every event and secret event being able to get missing gears from the lootboxes

Steam, could also be a bug with steam cloud across steam deck and me playing on windows

Hey, I've been having the exact same issue with both Helium Havoc and Ark. I've loaded new saves and tried the quests, tried verifying file integrity, tried using a different computer; all to no avail.

I'm pretty sure I did, but that did fix my gardener gear not showing up by doing that, and I no longer have that save file, could you try this?

It would appear to have indeed been that I was sorted alphabetically. Sorted by default and they’re there
Very strange though as everything else I could buy was there when sorted alphabetically, just those two missing
