This happened to me on ATM8 as well. After making a team to share quests with my friends on a host that I paid for, all the quests were broken and couldn't be completed anymore. Same happened now, some quests work some won't.

Yes it was the same hosting service but when i played atm8 i added the mods directly through the hosting service

thats half right , i did get dragons breath and i already had some echo shards around so basically i went straight to the best GOO since i can make anything with it , is it a problem that i skipped it and thats why it cant complete?
should i just try making it step by step?

i had every type of goo in my inv for some seconds but i didnt get the quest completed
