remove everything but the 1 input and 1 output pipe
does that work?
you may have overloaded the pipe without upgrades and its processing a bunch of other inputs/outputs and never has time for the one you are looking at

Arm swing around a bug when zooming, I not sure because I have about 30 another mechanism where pipes are conected and work fine if I use vanilla barrel, not only steel didn't work(only for video I show it), all the SS barrels, didn't work

Pipes didn't have limits, so it's not the problem, it's have extraction limit(16wuthout motors), but in my case it didn't extract or insert any amount
