like said in title the game is stuck at like 3 fps, sometimes if im lucky it gets up to 15fps.
it should not be a hardware problem as i have a i5-13600kf, rtx 3060 12gb and 32 gb of ddr4 ram

I'm experiencing something similar, but I don't need an OS reload lol. FPS is fine, but getting a big stutter every 1-8 seconds. Doesn't seem to happen on other similar packs.
