After a week of server performance rapidly degrading, I've discovered that the entire cause of the lag is due to a factions pipe system. I don't want to destroy their work, but this is really getting out of hand. The server is fairly powerful (ryzen 3600, 16gb ram, 400gb nvme storage), so that is not the issue, any help would be much appreciated in improving performance, (it's bad).

Sometimes in the past I've found that when piping in to a full inventory--specifically something like a vanilla hopper or a full Dank--this can cause a lot of lag. Check if all the output storages can accept items.

Their chests are not full, the pipes go straight to autocrafters, then to netherite chests

The autocrafters do not behave very well with MI pipes (and likely any pipes)
