The game crashed whilst rendering block entity Error: java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannon invoke "net.minecraft.class_1058.method_45851()" because "sprite" is null.

Item of interest being from the Modern Industrialization MOD item "Bronxe Item Input" while in hand only.
