How do I fix this??

Hello, my friend recently created a minecraft server with bisect and whenever he tries to join or I try to join this error occurs. Anyone have an idea on how to fix this??

these mods were added, i have no idea if that would cause an issue

Pretty sure Immersive Portals conflicts with about half the mods in the pack.
