Been having the same issue

Some fixes are:

Setting max-tick-rate to something above 60000 or -1
Installing server side optimisation mods such as Phosphrous, etc.
Update DungeonsArise to version 2.1.55, which has fixes for DataFixerUpper as it uses an older version in the current one that comes with the pack

These fixes didn't solve things for my server, but maybe for you 🙂

My solution was to downgrade to AOF5 :/

I have found a sort of solution to this problem. It doesn’t fix the problem completely, but I can start my server with it most of the time. My temporary solution is to delete both the startserver.sh and server-setup-config.yaml files and then replace them with the original files from the download page. I have no idea why this works this way because I looked to see if the data differed, but it doesn’t. At least I have a temporary solution so I can keep playing.

Your deadlock is a villager trying to notify other mobs that it died.

Makes sense, any known fixes? We’ve not been doing anything with villagers
