Remove CTM Refabricated

It is way outdated and has texture incompatibilities with Supplementaries and Chipped as shown in this bug report https://discord.com/channels/570630340075454474/1081333267887816816. Based on their issues page, the CTM devs are no longer active.
It is evident on my server as well (the attached image was sent by a player on my server). I know the devs need time to release the next version, so meanwhile does anyone happen to know if I can safely disabled CTM server side? Do clients need to disable it?

it's a graphical client side mod to provide support for resource packs, you can remove it

not exactly. CTM is required for the mod Chipped there are many blocks that do not work properly without it and stuff breaks.

I am the developer of CTM refabricated, the issue is being addressed, and this discord is not an appropriate place to make an issue about it

yeah I forgot about chipped because it was so recent, but it is a dependancy, as mentioned above
