I narrowed down the perceived lag on my server down to this. This bug also doesn't happen in the End, but occurs with every right click action in the game. Server can be chugging along perfectly fine, but as soon as someone does something as simple as make a path the server behaves worse than when generating new terrain.

I'll link a baseline spark profile, then a profile while right clicking a vanilla tool, then right clicking with a mod tool

I have a feeling it's chisel's and bits causing this issue as its own usage seems to shoot up massively the times I feel this right click lag

and it's not present in The End

It's Chisel's and Bits. Removed it and everything is snappy again.

There is one situation where this right click lag from chisel's and bits can be game-breaking - You can't place down Ad Astra rockets while this is happening
