Seems that removing and replacing the waystone restores the found locations.

should be fixed in 3.0.5 (if the issue is related to minecraft 1.19.2)

its 1.18.2, I've heard it from a couple players on the server, but oddly seems to work fine for most

Just this last update, but Waystones is did not have an update so not anything you did
