different difficulty modes for different players

it would be nice if the developers could maybe add two additional difficulty modes, one for players that are struggling with boss fights (eg. easy mode) and one for players that could take even harder boss fights (eg. hard mode). there are many games that have three difficulty modes namely easy, normal and hard.

for me personally an easy mode with easier boss fights would already be enough as I'm already unable to beat the second boss (stag) and the other bosses seem to be even harder from reading a few posts on the discord here.

Yessssss mate personally begging for a rematch possibility w/the bosses getting harder when you rematch! Wolves in particular, they are already fun and challenging in the game, but, what if... more? 👀
And I've noticed a part of the SoTN community is not really fond of bosses because they play those games for the chill environment. Those people, would, on the opposite end, probably appreciate an easy mode!

I think I own at least one game with puzzles and boss fights where you can set it to a mode where you at least not die during the fight, makes it much much easier to beat for players that are bad at combat or those that only want to solve puzzles.

Absolutely agree! I tried for hours and days and cannot win the Stag fight. Now I cannot progress any further into the game. It's too frustrating and stressful so I gave up. I loved the game but since I cannot win the Stag combat - the game won't let me go to Stormvale. Very disappointing.

I tried again for multiple hours on the weekend and at some point I managed to defeat the stag with the thorn walker rune and the rune of suffering equipped.

I sometimes used jump and glide to get away from the thorns.

it took me a lot of time on my weekends, as that's the only time I have to play...

dont sprint walk slowly look out for the thorns and put ur skill points into the spirit energy so u can stay spirit longer and can get to the stones easier thats what i did hope this helps a bit :D

the stag was already insane, but the ram is impossible,...
sometimes you get one hit out of it and then it just keeps attacking you.
also when I had healing bugs appear in the boss stage it just teleported towards nearby to hit you after eating the healing bug,...
happened twice,...🙄

so a reduced difficulty level would be appreciated

After spending hours on the ram the other bosses were a piece of cake 😅 that ram nearly destroyed me mentally. I ended up jail breaking it using a small ledge just outside the arena! Grimnir fight kept bugging out and not saving so I had to do it 5 times, I learned which statue to leave until last at least 🫠
