There can’t be a screenshot of the reward notification because the player assumes the coins were given, the reward notification does not show the prime coin count, so when the player dismisses the reward notification and sees there’s no reward then the player can’t go back to the reward notification

We have checked detailed server logs, it took some time. We see in logs, that you have made 15 roulette rolls yesterday, but there were no one roll with primecoins reward. You have achieved other rewards of this roulette.

Kindly check 14 th number becoz i counted adds why would i lie to you guys. Sir when I watched the ad for the 14th time, I did not get any reward for it.But when I watched it 15th time, then add finished I got battle points.

Hi. As @timber blade said, according to our server logs there is no roll with PrimeCoins at the corresponding date.

Also, it will be useful to know: have you installed the game from Google Play and have you somehow modified the client, cause on the screen you have shared, you have 2 free buttons, while in almost all cases FREE text should be available only on the Free spin for Ads button, while the second one should be with 40 PrimeCoins price.

In terms of the reward, @timber blade has already said, that in our logs there is no any information of geting 1000 PrimeCoins from this roulette during the corresponding period.

In terms of second FREE button it will be useful for this case to understand has the client been somehow modified or installed not from Google Play.
