This script has potentially 3 extra evils between the goon, ogre, and mez. Having more than 1 is generally very difficult for good to win through.
Tea Lady also seems quite out of place, given that there are no other ways to replicate it. If someone survives execution, 3 people are hard confirmed good at that point.
I didn't even notice that tysm!
Gossip is also notoriously bad on yaggababble scripts -- it's nearly impossible to know whether an extra kill means the gossip was true or the yag said their phrase an additional time.
I'm also not super sold on the 13/5/5/1 composition, you could probably drop an outsider.
What about swapping out goon, ogre, for something like a saint?

Aside from gossip and tea lady, the rest of town looks pretty good. Some real powerhouses there (namely invest, empath, FT, and undertaker). Mezepheles is the strongest minion ever, but I'm not sure that's quite enough for evil to compensate.
Wrendle already mentioned the extra evils issues between Goon, Mez, and Ogre for potential +3, but as well Banshee + Mez means Evil could potentially not only get an extra Evil on their side, but one with 2 Evil votes.
Banshee with solo Yagga also means it's entirely the ST's decision whether or not the Banshee activates which isn't very fun for the Yagga or the Banshee.
You're close to having tech from the one script that does make Yagga + Gossip work, as you have Soldier & Monk, but there's not enough here to support the two (and also Godfather and Mez weaken it)

Having no evilsided o-mod, or negative o-mod in general, cuts off a decent amount of bluffing space.
Still has some issues with gossip being obseleted by yag
The town still seems significantly stronger than the evil team

I would honestly approach it from the other direction, especially if you like the minion lineup
That is to say, swap out a few of the powerhouse town for more moderate power level roles

If you're looking for Demon-finding info, Town Crier can reverse engineer the problem by figuring out which players are seemingly evil but not Minions. (also flavorfully fits the yapping theme for bonus points)
If you're looking for something to create confirmation chains with dead players, Oracle or Pixie might do the trick. (If putting in Pixie, you'd probably want to swap out Washerwoman since they do very similar things)
sorry that first paragraph about the TC and engi, sounds weird, are you implying that adding engi and TC in replacement for FT and undetaker would be good?

currently my townsfolk is as follows inves, monk, gossip, washerwoman, empath, slayer, soldier, balloonist, mayor TC, pacifist, oracle and i don't know how to finish them off with a 13th townsfolk
what did you cut besides FT and UT?
innkeeper because soldier, pacifist, and innkeeper was to much
Fisherman and Seamstress are usually fine to slap onto any script, they're almost always a useful piece of the puzzle
