honestly surprised the server doesn't have this (and if it does, i'm blind?).
it's just generally good for a server this size.
Or, a function to post tickets anonymously (with acknowledgement that they may take longer to handle). People should be able to voice concerns with staff privately without worrying about their status or social image tanking for voicing an uncontroversial opinion.

I think that’s already the case; the only people who see tickets are the mods, and they shouldn’t be spreading around who’s filing tickets afaik.
Unless this is asking about being able to air out problems with staff publicly and anonymously.

If you have problems with staff, you can ask to make the ticket admin-only.

Yeah, aside from this it seems the closest method to achieving anonymity is excluding staff you wouldn't want to see the ticket...

Tbh mod mails and tickets are functionally so much different in how easy they are to work with as a mod
I don’t think they should be anonymous but having basic mod mail to just send a single message or heads up is good imo
