I really think Fang Gu should be gone. They were the only nomination and we were obviously going to execute them as the other two players refused to nom. Doing it like this just drags out the campaign as either we have to stick out 16 hours of literally everyone knowing how the game will end, or have the Demon not be removed from the script.

Vortox was not eliminated because the surrender was at night. A normal game would have had the Vortox kill themselves, not be executed.

The way it works is that eliminated roles are replaced by roles that are similar (determined by a poll that ran a few months ago). There are various end conditions that we can choose. Our group chose to go until there aren’t enough remaining of a character type to replace the roles that were eliminated.

There's an easy way to keep all the Demons:

1. Get Generic Outsider on the script (just eliminate the Hermit)
2. Mark the first Townsfolk that is executed as the Generic Outsider
3. If the Demon is about to be executed, kill them using the Generic Outsider's ability instead
4. The game is over before the Demon gets executed, therefore they're not eliminated!
