if characters like pd and sweetheart can be configured to actually hurt the evil team
certain outsiders become significantly more powerful than others
Drunk,Zealot,Butler have bootleggers that got cropped out
bc i cant see how some of these other outsiders can be made into quasi-townsfolk

The Amne ability is an info role on a drunk and the cannibal isn’t actively detrimental
(Yes cannibal turns “you exed the PD” into a pd that hurts town)
idk i feel like this idea is funny when the outsiders are actually outsiders but trying to make 13 different outsiders behave like townsfolk sounds like these outsiders scale wildly and you need 5 different bootleggers for it to even approach functionality
certain slots fit well like sweetheart and PD but with this many it feels very inconsistent

"you have this restriction but it doesn't matter at all if you break it" = no ability
what does that mean
You know how some STs when someone accidentally breaks the butler clause they cause a votefail
